City of West Plains holds retirement celebration for Mayor, City AdministratorOzark Radio News | #retirement | #elderly | #seniors

Tuesday (4/27), the City of West Plains held a retirement reception for Mayor Jack Pahlmann and City Administrator Tom Stehn at the West Plains Civic Center. Both will retire Friday, April 30. Pahlmann has served as Mayor since 2012, but as a member of City Council since 2000. Stehn was hired in 2011 as City Administrator/Engineer.

Ozark Radio News spoke with Pahlmann, who says he is ready for retirement:

During the ceremony, it was announced that a city street would be named after the mayor – Pahlmann Drive:

The street is near the new Tractor Supply building.
